360 Web Firm is an affordable website provider and hosting provider that builds websites for customers, at times maintains them and provides hosting for them. We operate within Canada and the United States.  We are based in Cornwall Ontario Canada.

At 360 Web Firm, accessible from https://360webfirm.ca  and https://360webfirm.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by 360 Web Firm and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use our contact forms to contact us, we will save your email address and name and phone number for 1 week. This gives us time to answer your request. If we proceed with contacting you or performing work for you, then we keep your name, email and phone if you are a current customer of ours or in correspondence with us. If you are no longer a customer of ours, then we will remove your name, contact email and phone number from our contact/mailing list.

When you become a customer of 360 Web Firm, we will add you to our mailing list. While you are a current customer of ours, we will send out notifications to your email regarding your services you have with us. This could be for website design, hosting or any other notification regarding your website or service.  We will also send out a monthly or yearly bill to you if you are on a maintenance and/or hosting plan with us. While you are a customer of ours, we need to be able to contact you and get in touch with you.

Current Customers – For payments to us, we do NOT accept any credit card currently. We only accept cheques, PayPal or Interac E Transfers. We do not keep no other info regarding your business except for your name, business name, phone, email and address for our record keeping and invoicing purposes.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you check the Create Account option, you can then login to your my account area and then you can download purchased items, and change your information there.  If you do not check the Create Account option, then your purchased download will be emailed to you with the email you used on the checkout.

YOUR RIGHTS
